Phase IV Systems, Inc. is an employee-owned company specializing in high frequency, low-cost solutions for radar, communications, signal processing and other military and commercial applications.

Since 1985, Phase IV has designed, built, tested and produced high quality solutions for the U.S. Army AMCOM, U.S. Army SMDC, MDA NASA MSFC, NASA LaRC, the U.S. Navy and many others.

As a 100% employee-owned company, every facet of our operations is performed with pride by an owner resulting in jobs being done right the first time, every time. Our employee-owners bring a unique blend of talent, dedication, and determination that together provides an unbeatable team for meeting your most demanding electronics requirement.

Like most SETA companies in our industry, we have extensive simulation and modeling capabilities. But where others leave off, Phase IV is just getting started — we have exceptional in-house abilities to build custom, working prototypes, transition them to full-scale production, and manufacture production quantities.

In-house capabilities also include a state-of-the-art microelectronics cleanroom lab for custom multichip modules, a software development lab, PCB assembly lab, high-speed digital lab, high frequency lab and complete machine shop with CNC milling.

Our subsidiary, PIVC, LLC, provides high-quality, limited production runs of virtually any custom electronic solution.
