Phase IV Systems' PCB Assembly Laboratory provides small-scale production of digital/analog electronic circuit boards and includes a Static Dissipative Floor and properly grounded equipment to minimize Electro Static Discharge (ESD). This state-of-the-art facility enables Phase IV Systems to offer in-house, high quality fabrication of double-sided circuit boards with fine pitch components (less than 15 mil pin separations).

  • Stencil printer for +/-3 mil solder paste application on boards up to 16x18 inches.
  • Microprocessor-controlled, 8-zone convection reflow oven with air ionizer and exhaust system
  • Fine pitch parts placement station with micro camera, glass prism and viewing monitor
